This DIET is used by dept of the Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital for the overweight patients who must loose weight rapidly and safely in preparation for surgery.
This diet is fast fat burning and the secret is that you will burn more calories than you take it.It will flush your system of impurities and give you feeling of well being.It centres on the daily consumption of an easy to make basic fat burning soup made of vegetable and powdered chicken bouillon.The basic fat burning soup can be eaten at any time you feel hungry-eat as much as you like-the more you can eat of this souip the more weight you will loose….
BASIC FAT BURNING SOUP
Six large onions
2 large green bell peppers
one bunh of celery
one 23oz tin whole tomatoes
one large head of cabbage
3-4 chicken or vegetable cubes
If desired season with salt, pepper, curry, parsley or hot sauce
Cut vegetable into small or medium pieces and put into a large pot with the tomatoes and stock and cover with water.Boil for 10 minutes then lower to simmer ontinue to cook until vegetable are tender. This soup can be eaten any time you are hungry. Eat as muh as you wont, whenever you throughout the day because eating this soup naturally burns alories – the more you eat the more weight you will loose. Fill a thermos in the morning if you will be away during the day.
There are some definitive noes on this diet,
First no aloholi beverages beause they interfere directly with the removal of the fat built
up in your system.Wait at least 24 hours after intact of any alohol, before you start the diet.
Also no carbonated beverages, including diet sodas. Drink only water, unsweetened tea,black
coffee, unsweetened fruit juices and skimmed milk. Also no fried food, bread or any products
made with flour and no sugar or sweeteners of any kind.
When the diet calls for Beef yhou may substitute Chicken so long as it is broiled or baked and
you eat no skin, you can also substitute with broiled Fish for one of the Beef days…

Day one,
Eat only the basi fat burning soup and FRUITS, you can eat any fruits except Bananas.
Cantaloupe and Watermelons are lower than most fruits and there especially recommended.
Remember, drink only unsweetened fruit juie or water..
Day two,
An all veggie day, eat the soup with additional fresh or anned VEGETABLE. until you are
stuffed. Eat the vegetable raw, steamed or braised in the broth from the soup do not cook or
season them with any oil or butter, try to eat green leafy vegetable and stay away from beans
peas or corn. Eat the vegetable with the soup. At dinner time reward yourself with a big baked
potato and add a little butter or olive oil. Do not eat any fruit today.
Day three,
A combination of the first two days. Eat all the basic Fat Burning Soup , FRUITS and
VEGETABLE you wont, except Bananas, do not have a baked Potato.
If you have dieted the three days as directed above and have not cheated you will find
you have lost 5-7 pounds.
Day Four
Eat only the basi fat burning soup and BANANAS and drink non-fat MILK and water. Eat as
many as 3 Bananas, drink two eight ounce glasses of non fat milk and drink as many glasses
of water as you can. Eat as much of the soup as you want. Bananas are high in calories and
carbohydrates and so is the milk, but on this particular day your body will need the
carbohydrates, proteins and calcium to lesson your craving for sweets..
Day five
Today is BEEF and TOMATOES. You may have 10-20 oz of lean Beef (or Chicken without
skin or Fish) and 28 oz can of whole Tomatoes or as many as 6 fresh Tomatoes today. Try
and drink at least 6-8 glasses of water this day to wash away the uric acid in your body. Eat
the fat burning soup at least one today.
Day six
Now is BEEF and VEGETABLE day. Eat to your hear’s content all the Beer and vegetables
you wont today you an even have two or three Steaks if you like with green leafy vegetables,
but no baked potato. Be sure to eat the bssic Fat Burning Soup at least on today.
Day seven
Eat only brown RICE, unsweetened fruit JUICE and VEGETABLE. Again stuff yourself, be
sure to have the souip at least one today.
Progress after 7 days
At the end of the seventh day, if you have not cheated, you will have lost 10-17 pounds, If
you have lost more than 15 pound stay of diet for two full days before resuming the diet from
day one.
This seven-days eating plan be used as often as you like. As a matter of fact if correctly
followed it will clean your system of imp;urities and give you feeling of well being as never
before.
